Being in the beauty industry for some time now, I love new challenges when it comes to beautifying women. Trying out different styles on these women be it romantic, sexy, wild & funky or gothic has always been fun and exciting to me. Different styles require different set of skills and challenges. It is always so satisfying when a client is happy with the results. In order to make these women look good and to ensure the make-up last for many hours, the make-up products used are very important. I have come to realize that certain make-up products may seem nice when applied initially however after and hour or less, the make-up on the face seems to become dull. These normally happen when we are using cheap asian cosmetic products. After researching on a few brands, I have found a brand where the make-up lasts long and remains vibrant and it has a beautiful range of make-up products. Grimas consist of many products ranging from different types of foundations, lipsticks, eyeshadows, powders and etc... They also have products used for special effects make-up such as bald caps, nose wax, Dermawax, latex milk, latex pieces, tooth enamel and many others. I have had lots of fun experimenting and playing with the latex pieces such as the elf ears and witch’s nose. With their wide colour range of wolcrepe, it is also quite fun because I am able to make fake beards and eyebrows.
The beautiful part of this brand is that the eyeshadow colours are so vibrant and sharp. When applied, the colours do not become dull and lasts for many hours. It also does not run out of season unlike some other cosmetic brands. The colours are always available and they have up to 75 different colours. I especially love the crème and cake foundation because they virtually give my client a flawless complexion.
